Hello! I am a horrible yo-yo dieter in need of motivation. I'm usually able to lose the weight I want, but can never keep it off. So my mission this year is to lose at least 30 pounds or more and keep it off. Not only do I want to be skinny again, but I want to be healthy again. I'm hoping you all can help me stay on track this year!
Welcome! There are a lot of yo-yo dieters here -- including me -- and the support is definitely there. I'm in awe of the number of people who have lost weight, regained it, and are back at it. What I'm finding is that whatever issue you're dealing with, you can probably find it here in the forum. And, if not, start a thread and get some suggestions and feedback. Great group.
