Hello, my Name is Kim and I am trying to lose weight the healthy slow way. I gained about 50 pounds over the last 3 years. I was in a relationship that wasn't too full filling and I used to be pretty active, although I was always on the bigger side, I still liked hiking and camping and outdoorsy things in nice weather. But I was with a boy for 3 years who did nothing but play video games. and got pissy if I wanted to go do things with other people..

lol But I am now ready to make a new meee and since I have started trying to get back on track.. in about late november I have lost 15 pound. YAYA

I would love to make some friends on here to help me stay on track and so I can help you guys I am now 268 and I started at 283.. I think thats 15lbs. My first goal is to get to 240 pounds and my ultimate goal for this year is 200lbs. I haven't weighed that since I was about 17 Im 21 now.
