I heard this is the place to be as far as challenges. I don't know how to work all this. Where do I sign up?

Some challenges which might interest you:

New Years to Valentine's Day Running from January to Valentine's Day. GREAT to kickstart those resolutions. (100lb forum)

Bikini Ready 2013 Running from December 31st to June 2013. (20-somethings forum)

21 Day Challenge Ongoing, you pick a challenge for yourself and do it for 21 days. In the past, I have challenged myself to exercise, water intake and having a packed lunch for college. Just some ideas for yourself.

April Fools Challenge This one started in October. I didn't join it until November, never too late to join. You can make big changes in 4 months!

Keep an eye out on this forum for monthly exercise and weight loss challenges. January ones should be appearing over the next couple of days. I'm sure one or two other challenges will appear also for the New Year. Also, look in other subforums. Two which I posted above have been from other subforums.

Mercy, there are SOOO many challenges! These can be entered at any time:

Support the Troops - Walk to Afganistan (any kind of exercise, not just walking)

1st Day of Spring - Personal goals, no rules - you do your own thing whether diet or exercise, very supportive.

As the other poster said, look through the threads - there are seasonal and holiday challenges, weigh-ins galore, individual plans and sub-groups with their own challenges. There is even a New Year's Reading Challenge - lots of titles for bookworms or for on-going motivation!!

Let us know what you pick!
