I have finally decided to start loosing weight more seriously. Around thanksgiving weekend I lost 6 lb out of nowhere so I thought I should keep the ball rolling. My highest weight was 214.something and now I weight 201.4 to some it might not be a lot but it's been a while I've actually gained around 2lb this week but it might or might not be due to my period and extreme extra intake of mayonnaise.
I'm mainly doing this through dieting but I think I will introduce excersicing because I feel like my stomach has gotten flabbier.
I'm not on a diet, really...I eat what I want as long as it's at least one protein source and under 1000/1500 kcal
But I have cheated during the weekend and must get back on track. We will see tomorrow ..
I want to loose more.. I just don't know how to do it :/
Welcome. Don't worry about getting off track it happens to the best of us.
I would suggest doing some light exercising just like some walking maybe 30-60 minutes a day. If you want to eat anything I'd suggest eating tons of veggies and fruits with a little bit of everything else. I eat a lot of junk food but I mostly just eat a smaller portion and then a big bowl of greens.
