Hi all...new here! Been here a few days and really liking it so far! I am 33...turning 34 next Tuesday. I am the mother of 2 wonderful kids age 5 and 3. I've always maintained my weight well until after I had my daughter. I don't know what happened but I kinda threw caution to the wind I guess when I got pregnant and the year I nursed her. I have lost some weight a few times since I had her and have gotten to 140's and 150's but now find myself at 180...never been here before and I don't like it!
I am working toward 140 again, want to be healthy and fit, and want to make this a lifestyle change...not a diet. I am striving for 1350 cals daily...got that online...and committing to 30 minutes daily at the gym...not near what I used to do but I am trying to keep in mind that I am just starting again. I did 45 mins today! I have had a tough time sticking to my cals but I am hoping it gets easier! Thanks for all the support here! Welcome other newbies!!
