I'm looking for the same thing everyone else is, support
so far I've lost 6 pounds so 44 to go before i reach my first goal.I have been forced to change eating pretty much because the met was making me sick for a while, it's not bad anymore but some smells still get to me really bad (mayo, ranch dressing, sour cream, roast beef, boiling chicken.. i have actually vomited a few times because certain things get me so nauseous!)
exercise I have severely neglected until this past week!
My husband was in afghanistan from dec 2011 - aug 2012 and somehow, over this summer i was getting up to walking 3 miles every day.. now i do good just getting a mile in! i can definitely tell i've gotten out of the groove. gotta get my butt back in gear and drop this weight!
