I just signed up today too and can completely relate to the binge eating. It is frightening the amount of food I can consume in one sitting, and subsequently, the amount of weight I can seem to gain in a week or even a day.

I struggle with night time bingeing also. I have so much resolve during the day and then all he** breaks loose at night when I'm bored/hungry/too much time to think.
I like your approach to breaking it down into doable goals -- that's not so daunting and YES you WILL get the first ten lbs. off. I'll be cheering you on too!
I'm wondering if there are any specific threads for binge eaters?
