Starting my 2 week Challenge today. Setting my goal again for 1800 - 2000 calories per day, anyone care to join feel free! I will also include how many minutes of exercise I got in for the day as well.

Yesterday started off great but then it went out the door with the candies Darn Halloween! Got me again and spent most of the night in the washroom sicker than a dog Today is a new day so hear we go!

Did you actually throw up from the candy or was it the dreaded runs? Either way, it doesn't sound like fun. I got off easy this year because we shirked our civic duty and did not buy or give out any Halloween candy. I had a major writing deadline yesterday for which I stayed up until 3:30 a.m., hubby and teenage son were out, and teenage daughter slept all evening after staying up until 4 a.m. studying the previous night, so we just couldn't deal with Halloween this year. Plus we never get many people on our out-of-the-way street.
In any case, it sounds like you're doing quite well overall. I'd like to join you in your challenge because I'm aiming for a similar number of calories and have several outings coming up, which could throw a monkey wrench into my eating plan unless I stay very vigilant. I'll post tonight about how I did.
Another busy day, did not have time to get out my usual walk, hubby was also working late but there is always tomorrow!

Well, I'm back after three not-so-good days. On Friday and Saturday I attended pharmaceutical advisory board meetings where they served ultra-gourmet catered food, my biggest weakness. Then today I attended my first Christmas party of the season, where I ate far too many nuts, flatbreads, dips and cheeses. I didn't count calories at all, but if I had to estimate I would say 2,500 on Friday and 3,000+ on Saturday and today.
BACK IN THE SADDLE TOMORROW NO MATTER WHAT!! I'll report in the evening.
Don't feel bad freelancemomma, I just got over a little binge a few moments ago The house is a disaster and the kids r just wrecking everything today. None the less tomorrow we get back to the everyday. Felt nice to get out this afternoon while hubby watched the kids.
