Hi There,
So I've decided it's time to stop hiding and focus on getting in shape and being the best I can be.
I know I have a lot of hard work ahead of me as I've set myself quite the goal but if I can stay motivated and focused I can get to, or very close to, where I want to be. My goal? 50 pounds in 11 weeks. That's around 4.5 pounds a week - going to require a lot of sacrifice but I am visualizing the end result and know the maintenance will be much less work at the end of it all!
There is 11 weeks before New Years, this is my end goal date. I want to be in a size 6-8 by NY. At the moment I'm a 14 ... I haven't been this small for years, and don't know if I can physically get there but I'm going to bust my butt trying!
Ultimately if I can get down to Sz8, and have a healthy BF% I'll be happy, I build lean muscle fast which is deceiving on the scales so I just need to remember that and not let it dishearten me if it happens (like it normally does).
I read online that these forums can really help with motivation and staying motivated so here I am!
