Welcome, annieway! I know what you mean.. I used to travel a lot for my previous job, and it's so hard to stay on track when you're constantly on a plane eating airline food, switching timezones, going to awesome countries known for chocolate and beer, being a guest in foreign homes where they feed you and you can't turn them down because that would make you a bad guest... I just joined this site myself and have found that if I come here everyday, even if I don't post anything, I usually get the motivation I need to exercise. Congrats on the weight you've lost so far!
