I am very excited to lose weight, and happy to find this forum. This is my 2nd day, and all went well until one of my children flipped my dinner on the floor, I ate some of the chicken and vegies, managed to eat a pudding, but I am a night time eater and this is tough. My coach said no bars till after 3rd day....

Any advice on getting threw the night? I have never eaten much during the day. Advice welcomed! Thanks So Much!
