Hi I am on day 2
I am very excited to lose weight, and happy to find this forum. This is my 2nd day, and all went well until one of my children flipped my dinner on the floor, I ate some of the chicken and vegies, managed to eat a pudding, but I am a night time eater and this is tough. My coach said no bars till after 3rd day....:o Any advice on getting threw the night? I have never eaten much during the day. Advice welcomed! Thanks So Much!

First of all, welcomes! :D
Second of all, is your whole sleep-schedule off by a good few hours? Because mine is, and being awake after midnight isn't a big deal for me. It's basically part of my "day". So, from what I've read, as long as you don't eat 3 hours prior to going to sleep, you should be good. When you go to sleep soon after eating, the food is likely to be sent straight to your body as fat instead of using it effectively. |
