Angry desperate

hi everyone, i am fat fed up and desperate! I stumbled across this site whilst looking for guidance and loved the name! Never used forums before so haven't a clue what I'm doing so bear with me.
After years of following weight watchers etc I find myself heavier than when I started and think I need a different approach. Through looking on the net today i came across pete cohens lighten up programme and thought i would give it a try...has anyone else tried this? Please talk to me i am nice really!!!!I am off to cook tea for the children hmm. thanks
Jeanette

Hello & welcome Jeanette. I haven't heard of that plan either, but if you've found that WW isn't working for you it must be worth trying another approach to find something that suits you better. I look forward to hearing more from you. The people on here are very friendly & encouraging. If you'd like to tell us a bit more about yourself (or find out a bit more about us, for that matter! ), you can always post to the "Hello, I'm..." thread at the top of the forum.

Hi Jeanette,
Welcome to our world. We all know the struggles of being fat, and try and I believe, give each other success on this site. I for one, know it helps me every time I visit (this is most days) and even having a so called bad or off day with food, everyone rallys round to let you know it's ok and get you back on track. Hope to hear more from you soon, you're amoung friends
