slimming world
hi, i am new here. i have been a yoyo dieter for a few years now. first, i ate only lean protein, fruit and veg, lost the weight for 6 months, then couldnt stand the sight of eggs anymore and quit. went up 20 pounds. then tried montignac, lost the weight, felt really good, but could not keep up the food combining. back up the 20. my birthday is coming up, and i want so much to be on a healthy eating plan that will get this weight off for good. i have read many good reviews of slimming world in british magazines-i live in switzerland now. i have ordered the book, but it will take 4 weeks to get here. could anyone give me some starting tips while i wait for the book? i am so anxious and annoyed to wait these weeks! thanks for any help.
