Noticing fluctuations since my weight loss began. Basically I lose a ceartin time of the month the before and sometimes the week during my period, I'm curious as to everyone's weight loss patterns for the sake of just being curious.
I get really bloated during ovulation and a few days before my period. Usually lose some by the end of it. I only weight once a week so I don't have an accurate number of lbs
I'm on BC for endometriosis and my doc has me taking it continuously so I only experience 4 periods a year (BLISS!). That being said, I was losing consistently for the first 3 months, plateau'd majorly, and then when I scheduled in a period, afterwards my plateau broke and I lost 2.5 lbs in a week!
Everybody's so different though. I am a bit surprised people can lose weight while on their period but again, everybody is different! Yay for being different!
I only lose right before. During the rest of the month I'm going crazy watching my measurements go down and staying completely on plan but no loss on the scale till right before TOM....
The answer is actually small amounts during the whole month, but I chose wibbly wobbly timey wimey because I HAD to. I tend to gain weight during my period and then lose it again right after, which balances out.
I would have chosen wibbly wobbly timey wimey but wanted to give you more useful feedback.
I used to lose in small amounts throughout the month. Things have changed in the last 10 or 15 pounds though. Now I lose only toward the end of my period and just two or three days after. The rest of the month it's up and down and up and up and down and up and pretty much if you throw in a trendline it's perfectly flat and looks like I'm maintaining. It's so ridiculously frustrating.
I love this poll! I'm relatively new to this weight loss thing and have been so confused by the pattern of my weight loss. I do all the right things and the scale doesn't budge for days. Then, all of a sudden, BAM! the scale goes down a pound and a half over night. I just learned something from y'all! Cool. I have no idea why yet, but now I'll keep track to see if there is any rhyme or reason.
