Phase 2, Week 2
Breakfast -- coffee, 1 oz skim milk, caramel nut bar
Lunch -- 5 oz chicken breast, lettuce, 1 cup cucumbers, 1 cup shredded cabbage, olive oil
Dinner -- Don't know yet. We eat out on Thursday nights, and the kids get to pick the restaurant.
Snack-- cappuccino drink mix w/ decaf espresso
Breakfast: IP RM Vanilla drink
Lunch: Carmel nut bar, pickles
Dinner: Ground beef with chili powder, lettuce, onion, green and red pepper, WF Ranch
Snack: Most likely IP Chocolate drink, heated
Phase 2
Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 cup spinach
Snack: Wildberry Shake
Lunch: 6 ounces chicken sausage (very low fat- can only find at Hannafords)
Dinner: 2 ounces chicken broth cooked up with 2 cups spinach and 1 cup mixed bell pepper and celery. Add fresh rosemary and garlic. At the very end crack an egg in and mix really fast to make an egg drop soup.
Snack Wildberry shake
Breakfast--RTD strawberry EAS drink
Lunch--Big salad and chocolate soy puffs
Dinner--Seriously craving another salad and may add ground beef to it
Snack--chocolate drink cookies drizzled with WF caramel syrup.
