I tried Slimfast almost 10 years ago and I couldn't excercise on it. It left me without any energy and I would come in from my workouts ( I liked to bike ride about 15 miles a day) feeling dizzy and ready to pass out. Some people swear by it though and more power to them because as the article says your willpower has to be in high gear!

My dad did Slim Fast when I was a kid and lost a ton of weight (he also did bike races which I think had a lot more to do with the weight loss). Then, he gained it all back.

The Slimfast Diet, Yeah, about 500 calories to go on until dinner? Plus all that sugar? You know what my "healthy" dinner would turn out to be?

Steak, a potato or two with butter and salt, quesadillas with LOTS of cheese, spaghetti, ice cream, cardboard, dog bisquits, cereal, chocolate bar, cookies, ...

I probably wouldn't stop bingeing until midnight. I wouldn't even use the crap as a snack.

a co-worker of mine was doing the slim-fast shake thing and it just was notworking for her. turns out she was drinking a shake each morning with her eggs, bacon, and pancakes and a shake with her lunch of fries, hamburgers and jello. hahahahaha

well, when we told her that she was supposed to drink the slim-fast INSTEAD of eating the food, she said to heck with it. she likes the food way better than the shakes.

I just don't see how I could eat a sugary, chocolate flavored shake and then not eat fries and hamburgers to go with it!
I tried the stupid slim fast diet for a week and FAILED miserably (sp?)
