my boys, ages 6-10. For netflix streaming...

Got any thoughts/ideas/great stuff that's mostly appropriate?

Not sure whats on netflix exactly, but you can't go wrong with Disney/Pixar movies......

Tangled, Hoodwinked, Shrek, Ice Age, Incredibles, Nemo, Shark Tales, Rio....etc

There is a Family Movies section on there that should be appropriate viewing for them.

My son is 18 but has an intellectual disability so he likes to watch some younger shows and he has found a bunch on there.

My 6 year old likes ALL of these! ...and Cars, Cars 2, all 3 Madagascar movies, Monsters Inc, Meet the Robinsons, all 3 Toy Story movies...

as for older movies...i wish my kids liked those more...he kind of likes Bedknobs and Broomsticks but really isn't into the older ones...i grew up with Mary Poppins and Gnomemobile but i doubt boys would be into those

these are super for my youngest...but I am also looking for an 8 year old and and a 10 year old boy...this proves difficult b/c they don't like the "babyish" movies and I'm not ready to let them watch Act of Valor yet

Might sounds stupid, but when I was 10, my favorite movie was Flipper (you know, the dolphin thing with Elijah Wood, way before he was Frodo? LOL) I have no idea if it is on netflix though... but there is some animal in it and it changes a bit from the cartoon movie! ;-)
