I sooooo cheated this weekend, and I am soooooo paying for it now! I have been doing SB for a couple of months now, but when an old friend came into town this weekend, I cheated to the tune of BEER, CHEESECAKE, and WHITE RICE in my entree! Now, I haven't had heartburn the WHOLE time I've been on SB, but I sure had it Sunday and Monday! And at work Monday night! UGH UGH UGH!!!!!!!!!! I am a bad, however self-punishing, CHEATER!!!!!!!!

Well, if you can just remember how phyisacally ill you feel, maybe you won't do it as often. (I did it too this weekend if it makes you feel any better) We gotta just pick ourselves up and get back on program!

i cheated yesterday. and it didn't make me sick, which is NOT a good thing!!! 1/2 c pasta, 4 cookies. 4 small pieces of dark chocolate.

and i didn't meet my protein goals!!!!!

I carbed out on the weekend, but last night made a chicken stirfry and served it on top of a salad - no rice!

But last weekend...

I had FONDUE!

All the swiss cheese you can imagine, followed by a wonderful wonderful pot of melter dark chocolate with all sorts of things to dip into it. I almost licked the bowl clean.
