Just wanted to make a threat to say hello!
I started my weight loss journey on November 2, 2011, after seeing pictures of myself posted on Facebook. I was in denial about how big I had actually gotten.
I went home and stepped on the scale and weighed in at whopping 215lbs which I knew was much too high for my 5'5" frame. I joined the gym, and began weeding out the terrible foods I was eating. Over the last 8 months, I have been eating as clean as possible and have managed to lose 60 pounds, putting me at 155 pounds. Over the last 6 weeks, I've hit a plateau and have been fluctuating from 152-158. Ultimately, I'd like to be around 125-130.
