Well since Feb of this year I have lost 25 lbs.

I started at 172, now I am finally in the 140s...BUT...I have been going back and fourth from 147-149.

and can't seem to shake it down to 145. I hate water weight! I only have about 12 or so pounds to go before I reach my goal weight of 135. (would like to be smaller, but may start looking too skinny). I have been very patient, watching what I eat and still walking/little jogging. I used to count calories, but now I just kinda watch what I eat, I kinda know basically what I take in. (calorie counting in head lol) If I just keep it up will it slowly start to come down? Is it harder once I start getting near what I should weigh for my height?

another thing is I have fibromyalgia, so I can't overdo my workouts...and believe me I want too lol
