Uggg..stuck in 140s

Well since Feb of this year I have lost 25 lbs. :carrot: I started at 172, now I am finally in the 140s...BUT...I have been going back and fourth from 147-149. :( and can't seem to shake it down to 145. I hate water weight! I only have about 12 or so pounds to go before I reach my goal weight of 135. (would like to be smaller, but may start looking too skinny). I have been very patient, watching what I eat and still walking/little jogging. I used to count calories, but now I just kinda watch what I eat, I kinda know basically what I take in. (calorie counting in head lol) If I just keep it up will it slowly start to come down? Is it harder once I start getting near what I should weigh for my height?

Thanks for the support!!
another thing is I have fibromyalgia, so I can't overdo my workouts...and believe me I want too lol

I agree! If you are serious about getting those last 12 pounds off you have to go back to basics. The last pounds are the hardest to get off.

Ok thanks! I will

I just posted some before and after pics of me, my mini goal. I still have stubborn fat around the belly.

Are we the same person? I'm literally exactly where you are right now, only I don't have fibromyalgia. My mom has suffered from it my entire life, so I understand how limiting it can be. I'm so proud of you for working out and eating right! My mom doesn't have the strength to do it.

That being said...keep fighting the good fight. I certainly am.

I'm two inches taller than you and got stuck 10 lbs heavier. So it was the same thing.

Track. Everything. Every teaspoon of sugar, every condiment, every bite of food shared at dinner at a restaurant. Everything.

Exercise: an hour a day, one rest day. I started a boot camp class, which is a lot of using my own body weight, and seemed to respond better to that than to straight weightlifting.

I went from 159.4 to 157.0 in 2 weeks ... if I lose 0.1 this week, I'll consider myself "off." But I'd been stuck since early April.

Thanks so much! It is hard not to work out more than my body can handle even though I feel pretty good. I can't tell I have pushed it to hard until afterwards sometimes.
