Default need plan/book recommendations

Today is one of those days where I remember reading something but can find it again.

So, I'm asking for some help. I'm wanting to attempt a calorie reboot. I want to get over my plateau and to reset my metabolism which is pretty well shot

One day in my browsing I saw a discussion but can't find it now (forgot to bookmark).
Any suggestions or books/plans on how would be appreciated.

blue, I don't know what you saw, and don't know exactly what you're after. I enjoyed reading, and have used Dr. Mark Hyman's "Ultrametabolism". It's older (2006), but still holding true even with the newest nutrition discoveries. One of the best parts about it was it helped me figure out a food sensitivity to artificial colors. Not saying it's a be-all/end-all - you still need to make your own tweaks to figure out what you can live with for life ... what it does do incredibly well is demonstrate how vital good food is, and give you a glimpse of what it's like to be full of energy and truly healthy. Once you spend a few weeks like that, it's empowering and very motivational. Follow up with "The Omnivore's Dilemma" and "The End of Overeating", and you've got a toolkit for a lifetime.
