Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forums and joining because I've been trying to lose weight, but haven't been consistent. I weigh about 268. I do try to eat fairly healthy, but I probably eat too much ice cream and if I buy bbq chips I'll eat a whole bag in a couple days. I have been doing zumba and I enjoy it and would like to stick with it along with some kind of strength training. I lost a lot of weight when I was 23-25 years old (about 80-100 lbs) but didn't keep it off. Anyway, I'm looking forward to sharing with you all.
