Default What are you eating today, SATURDAY June 9

Phase 1:

Breakfast, 7am: Blueberry Pancakes (Alternative)

Snack, 9:30 (unplanned!): Oatmeal (Alternative, un-restricted)- I was STARVING. Might need to beef up those pancakes with an egg white next time!

Lunch, 11:30: Salad with 1C veggies

Snack 1-3: Baby shower today, so I'm saving 1C veggies in the event they have a platter there Will eat Soy Puffs there or on my way home

Dinner: Grilled chicken and roasted Bell Peppers and Mushrooms

Snack: Smoothie

NOVAScents, I just noticed yesterday you make dessert called Chocolate Bark? Would love to have that recipe!

I'll give it to you, but I was highly unimpressed by it and wont be making it again.

Chocolate Bark
• IP chocolate pudding (or any pudding of your choice)
(the next 2 ingredients are not needed if you are not doing the choc pudding)
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1tbsp instant coffee
• 2 tsp stevia
• 8 oz of water (depending on consistency, could be less)
Shake,pour in aluminum pie plates or place on parchment paper on cookie sheet.
Freeze (30-45min).Take out of freezer, break chocolate into pieces and place in container, keep in freezer.

It was more like a flavored ice block than bark

IP Crispy Cereal (unrestricted pancakes)
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking powder
WF Pancake Syrup

*pool party @ 9:30am

Lunch@12pm:
IP BBQ Ridges
Zucchini (baked apples)
Lemon juice
Apple pie spice
2 stevia packets
WF apple butter

Snack@4pm:
EAS Carb Control Chocolate RTD

*baby pool pizza party 6pm, snacked on all the celery there

Dinner@9pm
Salmon

*Not sure I got in all my veggies today...hoping my celery snack helped me out, on the run all day!
