it wasn't me, but i agree...it's great. I remember the first time I made it, I was so excited! Funny, how our expectations change...

These are the directions that had:

Pancakes

Today I mashed the crispy cereal in a baggie and put it in my shaker with a teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 cup egg whites and a teaspoon of cinnamon and made a pancake. BEST EVER. I used WF syrup and was full til lunch!

I LOVE the Crispy Cereal Pancake! That is my weekend treat when I have more time to "cook" my breakfast. I relied on it my first few weeks to help me through the morning hungries - and it is SOOOOOO good!
