Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum and I'm excited to look around and get to know everyone

I'm a 33yr old sahm to my three kids and we live in MI. I have a family history of obesity and health problems but up to now it hasn't been a problem for me. However, in the past year I've gained quite a bit of weight and last month I ended up at the hospital twice for a blood clot. I think I gained five lbs just from being on bed rest ugh! I'm ready to work on losing the weight I've gained, do some major toning, drink more water, cut out soda (a big habit for me), and be more proactive about my health. I'm also a vegetarian, so that's one more thing to throw into the mix
My current weight is 164lbs, which is the most I've ever weighed, even including my pregnancies. My goal weight is 140lbs, which is a healthy weight for my age/height.
