This month my PMS has been really out of control. I've felt unwell for the past ten days (the duration of the yellow pills in my BCP pack), have been incredibly bloated, tired, irritable and just generally unhappy about life. My weight loss has stalled, and the scale has even inched up despite an overall calorie deficit for these 10 days.
I've been waiting excitedly to feel motivated and human again during TOM. I'm going to the gym tonight after my stomach settles down from dinner, but I'm not looking forward to it at all. Usually when TOM starts I can feel a flip switch in my brain; I'm really anticipating that in the next couple days.
Anyone else out there who does better during TOM than before? Anyone have tips for overcoming lethargy and bad feelings during PMS (I drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep but I feel so exhausted that working out is painful)?
