Well... Here I Am!
I'm 30 and in the worst shape of my life. I literally fear for my life at this point. To put the cherry on the sundae (mmm... sundae), my boyfriend of two years is telling me to lose the weight or lose him.
Yeah, I know the key to success is to lose the weight for YOU, but that hasn't worked in the past, so it won't work now. I am doing it to save my life AND my relationship.
Diets don't work for me so this time it's all about exercise. I plan to start a 3 day a week walking routine where I hope to condition myself into jogging and eventually full on running.
There is going to be 3 days of walking/jogging a week and in my off days, I am going to stay active by playing Just Dance 2 on my Wii.
I also plan on doing some light weight training with free weights but I think that is going to come a bit later.
I broke a sweat just typing that. LoL Can't wait to pass out on the sidewalk tomorrow trying to jog for 30 seconds.
