Hello, I'm new to 3fc, not to weight loss/issues. I am obese and trying to lose around 160 pounds yikes. My weight shot up when I was 10 to around 250 from hormonal problems and a tumor or three

I still don't have all of my medical mysteries figured out but I reached 300 by bingeing after I gave up. I have lost some weight before so I know it's possible, and even if I get stuck I need to build up my endurance anyway so here I go!
