Hello-quick intro.

  • Hello, I'm new to 3fc, not to weight loss/issues. I am obese and trying to lose around 160 pounds yikes. My weight shot up when I was 10 to around 250 from hormonal problems and a tumor or threeI still don't have all of my medical mysteries figured out but I reached 300 by bingeing after I gave up. I have lost some weight before so I know it's possible, and even if I get stuck I need to build up my endurance anyway so here I go!
    -Currently starting the c25k
  • Hello everyone! This is my 1st post. I am trying to lose 60 lbs. Trying to lose this weight is very frustrating especially when I start to lose 5 or so lbs. only to gain everything back and then some. I've tried everything! You name it. Pills, shakes, starvation, low carb, low protein. Nothing worked for me. I never seemed to have the motivation. and failing so many times doesn't hurt either. I really want to lose some of this weight. I stumbled across this forum after once again, trying to look for something that really works. I hope that hearing success stories and tips from people going through the same as I am, will encourage me to push myself. I started the walk away the pound video but I am in need of a good menu plan & recipe. PLEASE HELP ME!
