So i have decided to start a new healthy journey.
I dont want to loose weight as such but rather have a healthy relationship with food. If i cant heal my relationship with food and my body i will never be able to loose weight.
I do however hope to eat between 1200-1500 calories a day, workout 3-5 times a week and do strength training. I also an a big martial arts fan so i currently do either kenpo or shotokan karate twice a week.
I got to a dark place last year and things had to change. They have and now i am ready to repair my relationship with food.
I am 22, 5ft 7, currently doing a post grad in Biomedical science. I think my weight is somewhere between 145-154lbs , not sure.
