[Hello everyone. I've recently just started trying to lose weight. My starting weight was 225 and as of this morning I'm at 209.4. I'm 23 years old and 5'1. My goal weight is 140 and I'm HOPING to be out of the 200s by next month. I'm going to take some before pictures today. I'm looking forward to getting and giving support.
Hi, everyone! My name is Tracy and I want to lose weight. We had a biggest loser contest at work. It is almost over, but the weight I want to lose isn't. My starting weight was 221 in February. I am 198 currently. My goal is 170.
congratulations, Tracy, on getting below that scary 200 pound mark! I remember being below 200 and thinking how dangerously close I was to it ... and now I'm 20 pounds over it! I can't believe I let it happen to me. I'm starting again, AGAIN, and hoping that I can make significant headway toward getting under 200 and then onto my 160 goal. Look forward to hearing from you on your progress.

I think it's good to take before pictures, an extra motivator maybe? I did it myself aswel and even posted them online... helps me a bit more seeing them on my facebook page en blog everytime I logg on. Just having them on my computer wasn't enough for me.
