Hey you guys, I'm 22 my name is Jessica =) I started out at 240 lbs and I'm 5 '6 1/2 and I'm currently at 178.5! I've lost the majority of my weight but still want to lose close to 30 lbs more! I exercise every morning and eat 6 small meals a day consisting of 1,345 calories a day. I know that's not very much but my metabolism is VERY slow. I stayed at 187 for about a year but in this last month have gotten it in gear! I've lost about 5 lbs this week so yeah! Praise God!
