Default Hungry today!

Do you get hungry outside of your six meals/snacks? All week I have been fine but today, man I could sit here & eat everything in the house. I haven't, I have stuck to my plan/meals but I am sittin here starving and it's nowhere near dinner time. I haven't come across my book yet (we had moved and still have some boxes packed) what did it say about this? Can you chow down on veggies anytime you want even if you've already had your snacks? Not sure what I did differently today, had plenty of protein. Perhaps it's hormones because it's almost that TOM.

if you are hungry you should eat. Otherwise you may overdue it at dinner. Opt for some veggies and water. Water has a great power to help fill you up. I have to laugh seems like a lot of us have TOM or awaiting the dreaded arrival.

Will you be staying in NY for a while?

That is one of my biggest faults right now is not getting enough water, that is probably part of my problem today.

Damn mother nature right? heheh

We are in NY for a while hopefully, if we can help it I don't think we will leave at all unless we decide to retire in a different state. Fine by me I am tired of moving lol we have actually been in NY for a couple years now but I had moved twice within the same area, ALONE, while he was deployed. NOT. fun.

If you are legitimately physically hungry, eat. But, as jekel said, sometimes you can get by with a drink. I've found that flavored decaf tea has helped me a lot with snacking less.

Wow I cannot even begin to imagine how stressful that must have been. When you struggle, just look at what you have accomplished!! Moving while your husband was deployed is no small task by any means. Do you like NY? I plan on staying until I retire in 11 years. The taxes by me (westchester county) are insane. I have a postage stamp lot and pay almost 8000 a year in taxes. Hopefully in two years when my son graduates I'll move a little north. Granted my commute will be long, but there is no feeling like being home.

It was insane, I had two kids and a dog in tow and minimal help. I am thankful for those who did help though don't get me wrong lol We do like it, I am not sure how much I like the colder temps we have had lately and winter but it may grow on me lol we had been in several of the warm states so kind of got used to very mild winters, even though this year's winter here almost compares!
