Welcome! What method are you using to lose weight? I am counting calories and am amazed at how many calories are in some of my staples!!! Hope you find a method that works for you, this forum is an inspiration.
Hang in there--keep eating healthy, count calories, and eventually it will come off. Some times more than others. It can get discouraging when the scale doesn't seem to move, but be persistant and it will happen. Good luck.
