ALL THE TIME!! LOL...that's part of life. Although I think SBD is fabulous and works wonderful, we face off plan choices every day, day after day, and rarely does someone NEVER cave to those. I suppose someone who NEVER caves is probably someone that doesn't diet either.

Brush yourself, and get back on! Here, we often do a few days of P1 to get rid of cravings (don't they come back?!?!), and then back to P2 again.

Good luck!

Been there, done that, more than once. For me, the key is to get back on track immediately and not let one meal or one treat or one day build into more. Returning to P1 almost always helps me if I've strayed too long.

Hopefully P1 will sort me out again because I've been steadily eating worse and worse over the past few weeks. Bit worried about going back into P2 after that after this episode but I guess I will deal with that one day at a time

Just don't try to make it a habit EVERY single time you mess up to go back to phase 1 because then, you will never go to phase 2 :P I did that at first and then was like no, just move on. One little cheat isn't worth not starting phase 2 legitimately. Good luck with the diet and welcome to the beach!

Isn't it great to see a successful, tiny person as TwynnB admit to it?? makes me feel alot better

I think another stab at P1 will get me back on track and I'll be a bit more strict on my P2 on the next round. The problem was I thought, oh I can eat that now I'm on P2 and that and that and that.. then it just got out of control until I wasn't eating anything healthy anymore!!!

But thanks for the support and the advice! Doing well so far and feeling better for it!!
