Hey everyone! It has been awhile since my last post!! I lost 25 lbs so far and am super excited about being on the right track.
For recipies...
My day usually starts with a protein shake in the blender - (1 protein , 2 fruits)
1 scoop protein powder (I like the HM vanilla flavor)
6 oz Greek yogurt
2 servings fruit - I like 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 c strawberries and 1/2 banana
Lunch varies, but one easy one I stumbled on when I was in a hurry has become a favorite (my take on a tuna melt)- (1 protein, 1 dairy, 1/2 FRee Exchange)
4 oz can tuna
Mixed with 2 tbsp salsa
1 oz cheese on top (or 1/2 oz if I need dairy for something else)
What are some of your favorite recipes??
I've also got a great shrimp strata recipie if anyone is interested.
Ps. I just finished my advansa week and found it tough to cut out the red meat -- but it was worth it!! I lost 3.5 lbs this week!!
... I'll try to log on more often with some of my fav HM recipies ... Hopefully we can all find some new favorites.....
