Hello everyone! My name is De and I just started the Ideal Protein diet. It's my second day and I've cheated twice already! I've eaten salted peanuts, not much maybe a handful both days. I just needed something, and it made me feel better. Is there any snack ideas that people have, that are really easy to make? And also ideas to make sleeping easier? It's only the second day, and well if its this hard now. I really hope it gets easier. I'm just looking for some tips, because i dont want to cheat myself and I want to do the best that I can.
