Help, My 2nd day and already cheating :(
Hello everyone! My name is De and I just started the Ideal Protein diet. It's my second day and I've cheated twice already! I've eaten salted peanuts, not much maybe a handful both days. I just needed something, and it made me feel better. Is there any snack ideas that people have, that are really easy to make? And also ideas to make sleeping easier? It's only the second day, and well if its this hard now. I really hope it gets easier. I'm just looking for some tips, because i dont want to cheat myself and I want to do the best that I can. Thanks sooooo much :)

Hello and welcome! In terms of snacks, I am not really sure what kinds of snacks you can have on your program. There are a lot of people here who are doing Ideal Protein, though, and they will likely have suggestions. I think there are IP threads in the weight loss support forum.
