Good luck with starting the south beach diet!

Haha, I remember doing weight watchers a few years ago- started when I was 16! Then, because I was 'allowed' I'd have those 100 calorie sweet treats EVERY day- now that I read the ingredients I am frightened by them! I never used to eat sweets until I could haha and hence started south beach

It is much more maintainable and I track my calories occasionally (I am a number geek lol!) and find that I eat the right amount by just listening to my body's satiety and following SBD principles. It really is great as you're not thinking of food all the time as it was with counting. I really do wish you the best of luck and success! Welcome to the beach!
