Back again *oops*
Hi there!
I am back again, although I can not for the life of me remember what I was under before. And since I have changed ISP providers I can;t even access the right email so here I am under a new name. been around 3 years or so, and STILL fighting the bulge. However this time I am winning!
Dropped Atkins, Dropped HerbalMagic *ouf* and have been following Simply for Life now for the past 6 weeks and I feel great!
Living in the beautiful Atlantic provinces with my BF & old pup Jessie-Blue, I have decided to get serious about this weight thing. It got to the point where i LOOKED pregnant, but wasn't. And I hate/hated it.
All the women in my family are big and while we start out slim through High School, that fat gene is just waiting to burst out screaming I gotta be me ! (rotten thing that it is!) Since my Mom's side have all pretty much had emergency heart bypasses or heart death issues, and Dad's have diabetes cancer, if that isn't a serious wake up call, I don't know what is. I truly believe FOOD is a big defense for all of that. (not cure mind you!) So here I am, working the program, and so excited with the results.
So that is me in a nutcase (no pun intended) and I look forward to being part of the group again, it's been too long!
