I just wanted to make a thread for people (like myself) who are trying to steer clear of the dreaded BINGE
I'm taking it one day at a time and going for 5 day increments. So my plan is to eat at least 3 healthy meals everyday at normal times, and avoid eating after dinner. But if I do eat anything "unplanned" I will NOT feel guilty and not eat excessively. And I will ideally opt for something good for my body
Eating because I'm hungry should not become a binge! Anyone is welcome to join!

I'm frequent that board too, that's how I know about it! Anyway, I hope you enjoy this site, it ahs a lot to offer and its a supportive site with great members!
