Anyone have any success with Curves? I've been off plan for like two weeks, yuck, and I need some motivation to get started again. That, and I REALLY need to add exercise to my game plan. I've lost 100lbs, but seem to be stuck there. I've dieted and the scale has moved up and down a little, but mostly I've stuck around the same weight for months. I was just wondering for others did with Curves. Any tips for getting back on plan would also help. Thanks!
