Curves?

  • Anyone have any success with Curves? I've been off plan for like two weeks, yuck, and I need some motivation to get started again. That, and I REALLY need to add exercise to my game plan. I've lost 100lbs, but seem to be stuck there. I've dieted and the scale has moved up and down a little, but mostly I've stuck around the same weight for months. I was just wondering for others did with Curves. Any tips for getting back on plan would also help. Thanks!
  • I did Curves the first time I lost weight and I dropped ~30 pounds. It works, you just gotta stick with it. Go at least 3 times a week, do the best you can each lap around, and be sure to do the stretches. Also, eat healthy! Curves is really no different from any other exercise regimen - yeah, some are harder than others but working out at Curves isn't much different than going to the gym on your own or whatever. Exercise is exercise. Again, hitting it harder or easier will make a difference but being active and eating right will help regardless.
  • Curves is a great form of exercise, but I found it tedious and boring after going almost every day for 3 years. It does work, though, and I had great results as long as I was going.
