To stop binge eating there are 3 things you need to do. These 3 things are so important yet most women who want to stop binge eating don’t do them. Aren’t you tired of eating in secret and feeling like you live a double life? Aren’t you tired of all the lying, and picking food over people? I know you are tired of it all, that’s why as soon as you read this post I want you to put the 3 things I tell you about into action.
The first thing I want you to start doing is
#1.Celebrate small victories- If you were feeling lonely and were tempted to binge but resisted that temptation, then that is a reason to celebrate. If you were at a friends house and they offered you junk food but you turned it down then that is a reason to celebrate.
Anything you do that is positive I want you to celebrate.
Tell yourself good job, get yourself a manicure, go to the spa, buy yourself those expensive designer jeans you’ve always wanted. I want you to start rewarding yourself.
The second thing I want you to start doing is
#2.Move on- So what do I mean by move on? Well let’s say you and your best friend got into an argument and that leads you to binge eat, instead of talking down to yourself I want you to move on from it. Don’t dwell on the fact that you binged.
There will be times where it happens. Just accept whatever happened and move on. It is not worth your precious time or energy. Do your best to make sure you don’t binge next time.
The third thing I want you to do is
#3.Don’t ever quit- Don’t ever quit your journey. You deserve a better life than the one you already have. The way you get that better life is by learning how to stop binge eating.
Your journey will be tough, you will cry, get angry, feel sad, get upset,
and feel like it is hopeless. You will feel like you won’t ever get your eating under control but guess what! You will.
Because you aren’t a quitter and you want to live
the best life you can possibly live. Make all your dreams come true, go after what you want. You only get one life what will you do with it?
