Newbie here.. 40 down, 35 to go!
Hi everyone. Glad to join your forun and meet some likeminded people. Here's my personal story. ... Its a little personal, but im not ashamed.
I have always had a problem with being overweight, but never got serious about losing it because I also had a problem with having man boobs haha. I had got down to 190 lbs once (from 260) and i still had extra skin, and thought it was even weirder being skinny with moobies, so I let my weight slip and got back up to 245. Anyways, 4 months ago I had plastic surgery done on my chest and had the moobs removed. It was the best thing I ever did! After a month of healing, I decided it was time to become serious about losing weight, because now i will look good when im sskinny! So i started eating 5 small meals a day, 1300-1500 calories total, and woking out an hour on the eliptical almost everyday, and relaxing my diet a little 1-2 days a week. In three months, I am already down to 204! My target weight is 165, and if I keep it up, I should be there in about 3 months. Its getting easier at this point, and seeing rwlesults really inspires me, so ill be there soon!
