Hi guys, i am so delighted to join this forum to be able share my experiences and get support from you all. i am very open to nutrition and exercising tips because those areas have been the most challenging to me over the years.
I have now decided that i will stop fad diets and develop a lifestyle change, which i know will be difficult, so i am really counting on the support of the members here to give me fuel for my mission.
I am currently 260lbs and my goal weight is 180. I have not given my self any timeline and i have started eating reduced calorie food, i.e.: no fatty, high cholesterol foods or sugar crammed snacks, and substituted them for well balanced meals. i have also started taking a herbal dietary supplement by Symmetry called Symply Magic, which is energizes the body.
Today has been my first day on my journey to a healthier me and already i feel psyched. i have to admit that my energy level is up, and don't feel tired as i usually do.
