Back On The Wagon
I used to be a member here under another name, but couldn't remember my log in, so I made a new name. I had been doing well for awhile, but fell off the wagon. I've joined a gym and have started eating healthy once again. Since last time I've been on here I've cut out all gluten, to see if I'm allergic to it. I'm on day 5, and doing well so far. Lots or protein, veggies and fruit now.
