Default 10 Days in the Lifeboat #15

O.K. Here's the next segment of 10 days in the lifeboat.

Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.

So what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Towels and lifejackets moved to the new boat - one with no leaks!

These ten day segments go so quick - let's make this one a dry one!

They really do fly by. POP day for me! My goal for this 10-day voyage is not to fall overboard. Just got back from my walk/jog and I'm covered in sweat and feeling like a boss. Good luck everyone!

Hope there is enough room in this lifeboat for me.

My goals for the next 10 days are to limit my sodium intake, stay OP and exercise 4 times per week.
A goal for tonight is to limit my pizza to two slices. We are having pizza for games night. We will have veggie and thin crust. I will limit my beers to two 67's. I will drink lot's of water and if still hungry snack on the crudites and skip the cookies and chips and pop.
Wish me luck!

I absolutely completely and utterly blew my first day in the lifeboat, but my 2nd day was nicely OP. My goal is to get back to the 2150 calories a day, keep drinking 64 oz or more of water, and work up my exercising minutes again.

Ladies, I'm drenched. TOtally fell out of the boat yesterday. Swam around awhile too. Not pretty.

I need to STAY PUT in this boat or I'm going to undo weeks of hard work.

Sorry if I use up all the floofy towels.

TOM pushed me into the water!!!! Went over max calories, but didn't break down and buy candy while I was out.

The bathroom sink clogged and I broke the trap trying to take it off. Took 3 hours to get parts and replace the trap. The sink is still clogged. The plumber will be here in an hour. Geesh. Talk about a MESS.

There is an endless supply of floofy towels!! I'm back in the boat and handing out towels.

Hang on all,
Ratkity

I paddled around a little too, but maybe we burnt calories while swimming.
I had three pieces of pizza rather then two and had a big cookie. I did stick to my planned limit of beers. I clambered back in the lifeboat and am holding on for dear life.

Well, I got drenched last night and I am so peeved at myself, I can hardly stand it. I am going to focus more energy on meditation and the underlying reasons why I binge. On the plus side, I managed 7 straight days of 30 minutes of jogging/walking, even today, despite my setback last night.

Drying myself off and channeling my annoyance into progress. Stay dry everyone.

I drifted so far out I couldn't even see you all!

I haven't been terrible, but I haven't been accountable either.

For the rest of this segment, my goal is just to exercise every day for at least 10 minutes and to log my eating.
